Burns’ Night Bard’s Potluck Dinner and Kilt Competition

Last year the PHC Book Group was charmed by Coinneach MacLeod’s Hebridean cookbooks and enjoyed a communal Scottish dinner celebrating the Scottish bard, Robert Burns. This summer, sixteen of us met Coinneach in P-town! It was so wonderful that we decided to include the entire Club membership in this traditional celebration - we all need Scottish comfort food in the dark winter.
