Court Reservations & Guidelines

Welcome to the Pamet Harbor Club courts! We feature four pickleball courts, one hard tennis court, and two red clay courts. Whether you are a club member or a visiting guest, please review our 2026 guidelines below before heading out to play.

General Court Rules & Facilities

• Standard Operating Hours: All courts are open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Clay Court Care: Clay court players are required to sweep the court and clean the lines immediately following the conclusion of their play.

• Required Footwear: * Clay Courts: Running shoes, cross-training shoes, or similar footwear are strictly prohibited. Flat-soled tennis shoes are required for court preservation and player safety.

  • Hard Court: Flat-soled tennis shoes are required. Running or cross-training shoes are highly discouraged, and sneakers with marking soles must never be used.

• Pro Shop Supplies: * Tennis Balls: Available for purchase at $7.00 per can.

  • Pickleballs: Available for purchase at $4.00 per ball or $15.00 for a 4-pack.

Member Court Reservations

• Court Fees: All court use is completely free as part of your club membership.

• Booking Window: Members can reserve courts up to 5 days in advance.

• Daily Time Limits: * A membership account (regardless of the membership type) may reserve a court for up to 2 hours per day.

  • Members are welcome to continue playing beyond their 2-hour window if the court remains unreserved and available, except at the very end of the day.

  • Single Memberships: If a single member wishes to officially book a court slot longer than 2 hours, they must pay the standard non-member rate ($30/hr) for any time exceeding the initial 2 hours.

• Exclusive Extended Hours (Hard Court Only): * The hard court is open for Members Only during early morning (7:00 AM – 8:00 AM) and evening (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM) windows.

  • Note: The club office does not open until 8:00 AM. Members booking the 7:00 AM slot must obtain the gate combination in advance to open the court.

• Guest Policy: * Members may bring guests to play with them free of charge (see exception below)*.

• The hosting member must be present and playing on the court with their guests.

• *An individual guest is permitted to use the club a maximum of 3 times per season under a member's invitation. To play more frequently, the guest must either rent courts at the standard non-member rate or purchase their own club membership.

        Important: Court reservation requests sent via email, text message or voice mail will not be accepted.

Non-Member Court Reservations

• Rental Rate: $30.00 per hour.

• Booking Window: Non-members can reserve courts up to 3 days in advance.

  • Alternatively, call the main office at 508-349-3772 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

  • Important: Court reservation requests sent via email, text message or voice mail will not be accepted.
